Membership Requirements
To become a member of Rerenga Awa | Canterbury Youth Workers Collective, you will need to:

Complete an interview with our Membership Committee: a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore how we can best support your mahi.

Complete the Code of Ethics Training prior to membership being confirmed. You're welcome to apply now and we'll help you register for the training.

Commit to upholding the Code of Ethics (COE) for Youth Work in Aotearoa New Zealand as a condition of your membership. As a member, you are held externally accountable to this standard.
Complaints Process
Rerenga Awa | Canterbury Youth Workers Collective takes the integrity of our community seriously. If you believe there has been a breach of the Code of Ethics — by yourself or another member — we have a formal Complaints Process in place to ensure this is handled fairly and transparently.
