Kia ora! Ko Laura toku ingoa. I am a Registered Social Worker and have worked in a range of fields over the past 15 years, including youth work and support work prior to my studies.

I currently work as a social worker and Practice led at an NGO and have recently opened my private practice, Cultivate Practice, alongside this mahi due to my passion in providing safe, ethical and supportive supervision.

I offer Āta-informed, strengths-based professional supervision for students, new, and experienced kaimahi, creating a reflective and supportive space to think through practice and wellbeing.

I offer a free, no obligation, 45-minute whakawhanaungatanga session to get to know each other. I am able to meet you where you like. I offer online and in-person supervision. I am able to come to your office, you can come to mine or we can meet in a neutral location.
