Kia ora! Ko Ashley tōku ingoa.

My background spans social work, education, therapeutic practice and programme leadership, and I’ve always had a strong interest in people, systems and relationships - particularly in how we can work together to strengthen practice and create better outcomes.

Professional development and lifelong learning have been a big part of my own journey. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, sharing ideas, reflecting on practice and finding new ways of thinking.

As well as my coordinator role, I am currently exploring doctoral study, with a particular interest in public policy, systemic change and the ways policy decisions shape the work of organisations and the communities they support. I’m fascinated by the space between policy and practice, and by what we can learn when we look more closely at how systems actually work.
