This workshop is intended for youth workers who know engaging in supervision is important, and want to find out how to get the best out of it. We will blend supervision theory with real practical experiences. The outline of the session will roughly look like:
· Defining supervision
o What is it?
o Why have it?
o What should supervision be doing?
· Building a supervision agreement with a supervisor
· Preparing for and reflecting in supervision.
